The picture itself works well in the fact that you have taken a picture that has a central focal point, has a clear image and a strong colorful sunset. I like the very slight grain as I feel that it adds to the style of the image

What I would suggest though would be the following:
I would say crop and rotate the image; because there is too much open space on top and the sunset is not centered in the middle of the image so a small/decent trim would help a lot and center the focal point much more, and a slight rotation to get your horizon to become parallel with the bottom of the image as it is slightly slanted.

Aside from this the only other tip I would give is one of editing the picture a bit more to bring out the orange of the sunset making it more powerful and creating more contrast.
